wah had difficulty in EECAD today...
finally i can get along with COMPRO.. but started to struggle with EECAD.. argh..
went for technique class today for the first time..
stretch stretch and stretch... its quite helpful man...
my flexibility improving!!!! although my muscles are still quite stiff...
Ann taught us how to breathe out through the ears...
it will help us to push more when stretching..
we learnt 'channeh' lol dunno how to spell...
she taught us routine after that..
the routine was nice..

met nicolette, kenneth, weihao and kenneth ytd for dinner..
met nicolette, weimin, daniel, weihao, marcus and jace today for lunch...
havent seen them for so long...
hanging out with them is still so fun..
my bday is coming!!!!!
